Iron Dreadnought
I never had access to one of the old Chaos Dreadnoughts and wasn't really interested in the Helbrute design, so I kitbashed my own from a Venerable Dreadnought I got form a Start Collecting Space Marines Kit. Most of the Chaos bits came from the Chaos Rhino upgrade sprue. The paintjob is mostly similar to what I wrote here. The iron of the exhausts were colored with the washes Reikland Fleshshade, Druchii Violet and Drakenhof Nightshade.
Retrospect
Looking back, or better said on the back side of the figure, I really think that the paint job is quite lacking here. The not removed purity seal and the glossy black panels are quite boring and could have used some more detail. I would also try to improve the glow of the plasma cannon, and making the coils look way hotter with more white. Also the power kabels could have used some more time.
Camera Settings
For all pictures I used my Nikon D3100 with a Sigma 17-50mm F2.8 lens. I shot at 50 mm with f/6,3, 1/30 and ISO 200. Regarding the lighting of the pictures, I used two desk lamps and black cardboard as the background.
